Summer 2009 was great overall. I went to Dallas, Texas to the BPA National Leadership Conference where our very own Francisco Loredo won 1st place at Advanced Accounting (SI SE PUEDE!!!). I visited my family in Fort Worth, Texas after the conference was over and stopped by in Houston to visit friends. I went to Monterrey for a weekend and visited San Lucia, just like the Riverwalk in SA, TX; it's great. Just two weeks ago I went to Puebla, Mexico City, and Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico for a whole week I toured these beautiful cities. How was your summer?
Professional Profile
Genuinely interested in students’ cognitive, social, behavioral, and life skills growth as well as introducing and reinforcing the importance and application of Information Technology in today’s era of communication. Highly interested in becoming actively involved in other areas of education including curriculum development, student career preparation, and community work.
Philosophy of Education
I believe that education is the step in stone to success in life. As a teacher, it is a privilege to participate in planting the seed of education, so today’s students will become responsible adults of tomorrow. In the competitive world we live in it is essential for a child to have the educational skills that go beyond rounds of academics and to achieve this goal I as a teacher I address to the best of my abilities the various methodologies and techniques that will induce critical thinking, so that children will learn the art of doing rather than following and being able to better understand and analyze academic information.
